With songs by artists such as: The Beatles, America, CSN&Y, Jimmy Buffett, Billy Joel and more, Solitary Measures provides the perfect blend of music to provide a fantastic show for audiences of all ages.

With the assistance of professional music equipment, Solitary Measures is able to produce a high quality, full band sound with only one performer. This set-up is ideal for smaller events where space, volume and cost are a concern. All the background music has been recorded into a sequencer and with the press of a button, all original arrangements of keyboards, bass, drums, strings, brass and many other instruments are played back for each song performed. Live vocals, acoustic guitar and piano are played along with the sequencer to produce a full, rich performance of every song.

There are always certain songs that sound better when played acoustically - without the sequencer - just vocals with either guitar or piano. When a lighter sounding music is called for, Solitary Measures has a wonderful selection of acoustic music that can be mixed into the sets with the sequenced songs or can be used for an entire show.

The Music
Solitary Measures specializes in classic rock/pop but also incorporates a touch of blues, R&B and country songs into the shows. Songs for performances are selected with the audience in mind. With hundreds of great songs in the repertoire to chose from, Solitary Measures' shows are never the same but many crowd favorites are always in the set list.
